Hello and thanks for reading my blog.
I'm a mother and special guardian to my grandchildren. I love to cook, bake and knit.
I'm gradually creating a vintage home and trying to live a simpler, traditional life.
Hope you have had a nice Easter so far Mandy, I bet the children loved the eggs. I remember when I was young we could not get eggs so my Mum brought a bar of chocolate, melted it and put it into to egg cups and when the were set took them from the cups soften the chocolate a little and pushed them together then wrapped them into pretty paper so we got Easter eggs after all, what a wonderful selection we have today to choose from

Love the vintage books you showed on IG I am getting ready to launch an etsy shop before the end of June, I am just sourcing stock at the moment,I love vintage books and will be selling some as well as other vintage/retro goods.Anyway enough of that look forward to more posts from you.
